2. Services Description

Vimkiniki provides legal contract management, compliance, and regulatory solutions including Contract Fortress, Regulatory Compass, Compliance Navigator, and Legal Blueprint Studio.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by Vimkiniki are proprietary. You retain ownership of your documents. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for lawful purposes.

5. Data Protection & GDPR

We comply with GDPR and German data protection laws. Your data is processed only for service delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details. You retain control of your data and may request deletion anytime.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vimkiniki is provided "as-is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 12 months.

7. Warranties Disclaimer

We do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Legal advice should be obtained from qualified attorneys, not solely from our platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of these terms. You may cancel anytime with notice to kontakt@vimkiniki.de.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Gelsenkirchen, Germany.
